I've half filled a jam jar with old seeds that hopefully will attract hoverflies:-
Coriander
Phacelia
Ammi majus
Sweet Alyssum
Alyssum saxatile
Achillea -yarrow
Candytuft
Ageratum
Argemone platycerus
Added
Cornflowers
Field poppies
Blue scabious
