2025 - What I did today

Me & Bob made the extra dividers for my seed tins. Another 16 made this morning. Then I finished sorting seeds into their new tins & categories. Did a bit of heated propagator juggling. A couple of things came out. A few things got pricked out/ potted on. And some more pots went in to warm. Then it was more barrow loads of soil& manure to fill the raised veg bed. It’s taking such a long time.

Do you need to fill the bed completely? Could you half fill it this year and top it up next year? My inclination would be to have two beds, half full, rather than one deep bed.

That’s not the silliest idea. Only thing is the deeper it is the less water logging there will be. But I think a compromise is definitely on the cards.
