IN today 2x Gousto meals - freshly delivered today! Chestnut Mushroom Bolognese with linguine and Oven Baked Fable mushroom Bourguignon. Each meal is supposed to be for 2 people and all the ingredients are portioned up to make cooking simple for people like me!
The "Fable" mushrooms are "Meaty pulled Shitake mushrooms". Sounds interesting.
The thing that puzzles me is why its being given away. They double ordered! All of the ingredients would keep for a few days - or you could make up double quantities and freeze some. People really puzzle me sometimes! But, their loss is my gain, so I'm not complaining.
