Items used so far:-
1. Spelt - not a big fan. Will use what's left but some may go out for the birds
2. Sriracha sauce - too hot, I binned the rest. It came from the back of someones else's cupboard with a use by date of 10/22, so I feel no guilt about binning it.
3. Grape vinegar I made in 2001.
I have used it at some time in the last 24 years, but it still tasted fine. Like a sweet balsamic vinegar. I must remember to use it up within the next 10 or so years.
