For breakfast I tried out my new four egg silicon inset for my air friyer to make poachd eggs. It's going to take a bit of perfect timing as after 8 minutes eggs weren't cooked and at 10 minutes they were like rubber! 
I still ate them but deffo needs more work! 
For late lunch I had 1a large 1/2 price rump steak and pineapple cottage cheese. Wish I had bought more steak and froze it as it has now went back up to £18 a kilo!
