The main reason why I awoke this thread was my amazement at realising how many different edible plants there are in the garden in January - a month when everything looks dead or dormant. Absolutely nothing to do with what is the best diet - we all have different opinions on that!!
Really, I would have liked you all to wander around your garden/allotment and see how many edible plants you can find in January. Its not too late to play.
