Why would you want to? I can understand people climbing Everest "Because it's there" but do you think you will be six times healthier with 30 as opposed to 5 vegetables a day!
If it's a quest or something from your bucket list then so be it, but all those vegetables, full of anti-nutrients and fibre will play havoc with yor digestive tract! It woud probably kill me!
