Thanks Bren. I can't imagine your bread ever fails!
When I had the little house in West Wales, we started a little weekly market where locals could sell their fruit, veg, jams, flowers and crafts but there was nobody who sold bread. Guess who volunteered. I used to make a load of dough in the breadmaker, then slap it in tins and cook it in the oven. The loaves came out in all sorts of weird shapes! I advertised my loaves as "Bread with Attitude". I always sold out. Some people will buy anything if its freshly made and warm from the oven.
