My something new is setting up my breadmaker!
Haven't used it for years.
I bought bread flour last week and bought dried yeast about 6 months ago, when I thought of making bread again. Unfortunately, the recipe needs skimmed milk powder and that was best by June 2022!!
Worse than that - I started the machine and realised that I'd forgotten to add the yeast to the flour. I've just put it in now - but had to sprinkle it on the ball of dough!! If anything edible come out of the machine in a few hours time it will be a miracle.
