I finished up buying two frozen ducks from Tesc*s quite cheaply
After cooking one on as trial for the big day,I have had second thoughts. The embarrasing main reason is that is it made me have smelly farts into the next day!
With this in mind,and bcause its a family day on boxing day I think I will give the duck a miss.
So now it's a choice between a beef joint, pork joint, gammon joint or half leg of lamb, all of which i have in the fridge!
I know I can cook beef nicely so its the favourite for my Christmas dinner up until now?
