Never having cooked duck beforeI thought I would buy another frozen one at £6.50 and give it a go today to iron out any problems I may have on Christmas day?
I have defrosted it overnight and will probably uttilise some of the frozen roasties I have with it.? If it is deemed a success I will add more trimmings to the one I cook on Christmas morning!
