Pheasant curry again as we got another one from the shoot on Monday

My old boss was head gamekeeper and for the gamekeepers Christmas bash used to cook up maybe 20 or 30 pheasants. After him and his wife had stripped all the meat off them I got the job of carrying bin bags full of pheasant carcasses down to the nearby woodsand spreading them around for foxes or anything else that had a fancy to eat them.
