My fvourite meat is fatty lamb. I thought maybe 'lap mutton' as I call it would be the cheapest cut. £18 a kilo for meat seen as a by-product was just too much to pay though. 
What I got instead was what looked like lap mutton cut into strips for £9 a kiko? Go figure! 
Anyway cooked this in air fryer for 20 minutes and it was delish! Once a year at Crimbo I put the boat out and make a traditional dinner. I found half a bag of roasties in the freezer and had these with my lamb. Just for being naughty on my carnivore journey, I'll have to buy or make some more roasties at Xmas!
