I had a minor operation yesterday and was told not to excercise for at least a fortnight and possibly even a month in case I break the stitches!
I had a look at the piece of me they cut out and it was quite impressive!
Excercising is my life and I'm sitting in front of the woodburner now thinking I will go stir crazy!
Luckily I am still able to walk Kato to a limited degree, but will be counting the days back to normality!
