For brunch I had 1/2lb of bacon and four fried eggs. For tea time I dug out some Biltong beef from the freezer and had some of that with another three boiled eggs.
I did have problems with the first lot of Biltong I made going mouldy untilI I bagged up what I didn't need straight away of the second batch and frozei it in small portions. It has kept really well (made a few months ago) and whats more I dont need to defrost it as being thinly cut,it defrosts in the mouth and is quite filling!
I will hopefully procure some more thin cut beef this evening from Morries and make another batch in the dehydrator now I seem to have cracked it!
