Winter growing doesn't require much as attention as spring/summer, though. Watering is minimal and plants don't grow as quickly so it's easier to keep up with harvesting. Even if it's bad weather, the greenhouse protects you from the wind and rain. It's also better for the soil to have something growing in it all year round.
