After a long walk with Kato I treat myself to an eleven o clock brunch of steak,scrambled eggs and an avocado. A nice stong cup of Kenco coffee (not green tea! 
) washed it down! 
It has taken me 70 years to realise I like my eggs lightly scrambled,ie a quick whisk with a fork and plenty of white still showing then fully cooked with a knob of butter! 
Not sure about Ron, but I have various meats in the fridge which could be an option?
