Fish course - Pan Seared Scallops and Samphire
Main - Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Stir fried Snow peas and Spinich on a bed of Soba noodles.
Dessert - Strawberry Shortcake and /or Syllabub
Cheeseboard - Soft brie, Stilton
