Lunch option 1- pulled pork in a plum sauce on a bed of pasta and peppers all topped with a toasted peanut crumb. With a side of steamed pak Choi
Lunch option 2 - a ploughman’s
Main - roast pheasant with peas, parsnips, potatoes, and a parsley dressing
Pudding optional 1- fruit salad of pears, pomegranate, peaches and pineapple
Pudding option 2 - pancakes
Followed by a glass of port
