Once again I am experimenting with one of my favourite meals.......scotch eggs.
Todays rendition for the casing is pork mince with an egg added and some apple chutney. Once moulded around the eggs I am wrapping them in smokey bacon and cooking them in the air fryer for 25 minutes,turning twice.
