Well impressed with my homemade scotch eggs. I used pork mince mixed with some black pudding rather than sausage meat which has a loads of additives. Surprised how the bacon wraps stayed in position in the air fryer.
Much tastier than the bought version and extremely filling. They will deffinately be on the menu again soon with other experimental additives ofmy own and tasty dips to have with them!
The piccie is of two that were cooked and two at the back ready to go in fryer when another two come out! Also cooked off some pork scratching for Ron!
