River had an accident today and lost a limb
. She had grown about another 4” since yesterday. I even took a photo before the accident because I was so impressed.
I got past her going into the tunnel very carefully but it worked. Something went horribly wrong as I passed on the way out. I don’t know if she caught hold of me or the fish box. Either way there was a horrible snap and the limb was hanging on the floor . So I amputated it while apologising and turning the air blue!! I’m sure she will bounce back. But it’s bloody annoying and heartbreaking!
