We had a little caravan on the Gower and we'd go there at the weekend with our Cavalier dog and Siamese cat. They loved travelling and the beach and were really well-behaved - until after dark when they'd chase each other around the caravan, jumping on our bed and generally making sleep impossible. I'm sure your boys won't be that bad.
