I had to look up the first 2 on your list. Agastache AKA hyssop I grow all the time. Bees love it. I very rarely eat it though. I didn’t realise cornflower or bergamot were edible. Any varieties? Which bits edible? I grow both them. And my millet has failed to germinate.
