There are 3 pairs of runners =60 but there are actually 6 runners therefore each runner = 5
There are 2 boys and a pair of runners = 20, therefore each boy = 5
There are 2 pair of cones plus 1 boy equal 13, therefore a pair of cones = 4, 1 cone = 2
Mathematics rules multiplication and division before addition or subtraction
So 1 cone (2) x by 1 boy who is wearing a pair of runners and holding a pair of cones (5+10+4=19) plus 1 runner (5)
2 x 19 = 38 +5 = 43
