Cold sliced pork & cracknell, but the star of the show was the salad I had with it! 
Salad comprised of a chopped up apple fresh from my own tree, icebeg lettuce,red cabbage, grated caroot, chopped walnuts & chopped dates with a soy and ginger vinegarete dressing!
I am not normally a fan of salads but this experimental version was the tastiest I have ever eaten and I cleared the plate.
