I have bookmarked that whole site to peruse at my leisure. I rather fancy the rabarbermarmelad too! I will have to try it next year, when I should get my first rhubarb harvest from this garden
Aww I'm so pleased! It was meant to be alcohol free cider (cider isn't alcoholic in Sweden) but I like the tang of the apple cider vinegar. I couldn't stop eating it when it had cooled down!
Swedes are phenomenal at preserving. That site is the biggest supermarket chain and their recipes are very well tested - enjoy!
