Courgette recipes

We all know there will probably be a glut.  In fact some of us are already half way there. 
What's your favourite way of using them up.

I spiralize, fry, steam, micro and grate.  I even have that book 'what shall I do with all these courgettes ' or something like.  Let's compile a thread with more ideas.

I expect there will be a tomato thread lime this as well.

I like them sliced lengthwise, dipped in seasoned flour, and shallow fried until crisp. Sprinkle with grated cheese or dip into mayonnaise.

If the chip pan is on, coat them in batter and deep fry. 

There's a Greek recipe of grated courgettes,(squeezed dry), mixed with cheese and shaped into "burgers" but I can't remember the details. They're lovely.
