Hello again. this year has flown by and, as you predicted, I failed to keep this up for long. Undaunted, I shall try again with a tweak 
I'm going to find one of the many out of date diaries I acquired and write in it what I should be doing each week - a schedule of work to do rather than a record of what I've done (or not done).
I really must try harder.
