Made four small loaves. Two will go straight in the freezer as-is and I have already had a munch at one (just because I love warm frehly baked bread with butter on.) I added a wee bit more salt to this batch and its improved the flavour. 
Retrieved my large plastic bags from the allotment yeaterday so I am off now to bag up my lawn grass cuttings before they kill the grass off!
