Google says I should add a bit of flour, but don't particularily want to boil it up again? Suppose I'll have to though.
I have Frozen four containers with enough in each for a single pie. I'll just have to see how it turns out but may add some fresh aple to pies when i make them.
Plenty of blackberries letft in the hedgerows so may need to make another excursion!
