Not sure about todays meal yet, but I am sure Veggie Lasagne will come into the equation at some point. 
The problem is I don't think I have enough room in the freezer for half a dozen portions so I will probably have to munch my way through a goodly amount 
. Not really a problem as it's a 'Summery' meal which is light on the stomach!
