Pasta was soft but Lasagne was firmer than I thought it would be with all the wet ingredients. Just had some cold for supper as well!
My day's meals:-
B. Sourdough Challah bread with the inevitable strawberry jam
L. Salad bag with pumpkin seeds, tomatoes and cucumber and mayonnaise (5p)
D. Mushrooms cooked in a jar of Coconut Korma Sauce (YSd to 19p) with a packet of Wholegrain rice with pearl barley and Quinoa. Made enough for another meal so cost 10p.
An Aldi icecream (30p)
Total cost 45p.All the rest FREE or from the garden.
