2022/23/24 Chutney and Jam Central

I’ve not tried making it but We brought a jar from a show. It wasn’t very nice at all. Horrible texture. All I thought was a good way to bugger up perfectly good bacon. Bob thought it was ok but hasn’t gone out of his way to buy more.
Fingers crossed your homemade bacon jam is nicer   . Let us know    .

Thanks for that SC, I think you've just sunk my boat!  Never daunted though,I'm determined to give it a try at some point
