...eBay seller nutsncones has a bit of a clearance sale. 5 random packs of flower/veg/herb seeds for £1.95 or 10 packs for £3.45 (both prices excluding postage). I only ordered because I needed to bump up the value of an order to use a voucher, but I received a good selection of cabbage, sweetcorn, lettuce, chilli, winter squash, aubergine, spring onion, radish and tomato. Most varieties I'd never heard of before.
You might actually be able to get 10 packs of veg seed for £1.95, on the listing where it says 10 in the title but 5 in the description (I got 10).
