Reduced price Birdseye cod coated with pumpkin seeds? 
Not the prettiest of fish but at £1.00 for two fillets , can't compalin 
. Had it with fat chips and steamed brocolli. Whenever shopping I always buy a cheap calabrese head and had built up quite a few in the fridge, so needed to whittle down the excess!
