A giant Spring Cabbage! 
Thought I had better harvest it before it burst apart at the seams. 
No idea what I am going to do with it, probably shred and freeze it. 
I will make sure to keep some of the outer dark green leaves in the mix though as I prefer those to the white heart. 
Below is a piccie of said cabbage along with the redcurrants I picked yesterday!
