I've just resurrected a spiralizer that I bought, yellow stickered in Morries several years ago and turned 3 courgettes into "courgetti". Not sure what I'll do with them now!
The courgettes tasted like the fried seaweed you have with Chinese meal or finely sliced onions. Interesting.
As you can tell, I'm not on a low-fat diet.
