Glad its done s I was losing the will to live while slicing them up!
Added a little bit Grand Marinier, purelybecause I had some. Washed my digital scales and even though I dried them well, they went beserk. Finished up having to guestimate so hope I have got it right.
Once macerated I will freeze it and because it shouldn't set hard with the sugar and alcohol I should be able to take some of it without needing an axe or saw to break it up!
If you have space to freeze them in a bag lying flat so they're in a thin layer they might break up more easily when frozen.
Today fed and watered the tomatoes.
Planted kale - 4 cavolo nero and 7 as yet unidentified from a mixed pack.
Planted out some zinnias.
Weeded a couple of veg beds.
