Could you freeze it in an ice cube tray so that you could use it a cube at a time?

Possibly? I don't exactly know what I am doing with it, I just didn't want strawberries to go to waste. I 've given loads to my Daughter but I fear she will hide behind the curtains if I land with any more.  I will probably use it for an ice cream addition but could use flavoured ice cubes in drinks?
I no doubt will have another bucket to collect this evening so the next lot will be jam! After that, gawd knows?
