Evening all. After an Abs Smasher Workout finishing at 8.00pm I decided to go to Morries to see if they had any diet bitter lemon. 
They didn't have any but what I didocame out with was an armful of yellow sticker goodies totalling les than £2.00. Half of it went straight in the freezer when I got home and the rest will do for tomorrows meal. 
I did splash out a bit on some dilute Elderflower & Apple squash which sounded ok though.
Allotment day tomorrow so night night all!
