2022 - Picked my first..................

I picked some pink elderflowers in the garden last week and the cordial is ever such a pretty pink colour, but yhe flavour isn't very strong at all.
Tonight I went out with Jay in tow and picked a packed large shopping bag of normal elderflower from along the village road. I've set the cordial to steep, and it smells amazing
