Rainbow trout boneless and skinless goujons with dips. Made the batter with Irn Bru, egg and flour and garlic with lots of salt and pepper. I don't like bones in fish so figured out a way to ditch the bones and the skin and coat with batter. Rather tasty with a sweet chilli dip and a hollandaise dip.
