Another way to use my freebie beef...........beef curry. 
I think I added as much stuff with a short shelf life from the fridge as I could and went through my herbs and spices. Went a bit heavy on the ginger but the star of the show was the 1/3rd of a fresh pineapple I added!
A couple of mini nans helped to temper the heat though.
