They didn’t come out the vibrant colours they went in. Might try with half a veg stock cube in with them next time. They tasted good but not quite as much flavour as the tinned kidney beans. Don’t know if it was variety or preparation that made the difference. But on the whole I’m very happy and the pressure cooker will get used again. Not buried in the back of the cupboard
My tea was yellow sticker salmon fillet and more of the wonky veg mash I made a couple of days ago.
