Proppa Sunday dinner today. Roast pork with crackling (in oven now, slowly cooking). I have a load of apples that need using up so will slice them up and cook them with pork.
The rest will be whichever veg I have in the fridge or freezer (haven't looked yet) I will try and stay clear of root veg if possible to be more keto aware but will add some roasted parsnips I know I have in the freezer somewhere.
