After today I need to cook another batch of peas.
Making mushy peas is a bit of a mystery to me. Please share your wisdom Bren!
Next morning rinse then either place in slow cooker add water to just above peas cook on high for about 5 hours.
Or cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
They might look a bit runny but after they’ve cooled they do thicken up.
I did stop using the pressure cooker after having a problem so ive used my slow cooker since then.
