I've been attacking a clump of bamboo that is threatening world domination. It'll have to be cut down before I can try digging up the roots. Try being the operative word. If anyone knows how to get rid of bamboo, please come to visit. 
The good news is, bamboo burns even when fresh - it make popping noises like fireworks. Also, I have enough bean sticks to last me forever.
