I was uo early this morning as I had to walk Kato before attending Rockfit at 10.00am. 
Just like the thing, I slipped in the greasy field where I take him and did minor damage to a leg muscle on my other leg. I have just recovered from a torn quad muscle on my right leg!
Still went to Rockfit though and muscle problem hasn't worsened, Thank goodness.
I wore my wrist weights for the first time and was pleased to see I managed the upper bodywork with them on. I wasn't getting puffed enough during Rockfit as with walking Kato a lot my leg muscles are strong, but my upper body needs work! 
After Rockfit I went shopping. Grabbed a haggis and a swede for Burns night. I made the mistake of going to T*sco's and couldn't believe the prices, so put my list back into my pocket and shuffled over to one of the German supermarkets!
