The beetroot thingies were really nice (Vegan), part of Morries Christmas specials.
"Deliciously rich, made with beetroot, red peppers, sundried tomato paste and toasted hazelnuts. wrapped in a crisp beetroot crumb with a sachet of Pomegranate Glaze". Was £3 now 75p - unsuitable for freezing. Guess who just pulled them out of the freezer. Absolutely nothing wrong with them.
Lunchtime, I mixed some precooked blackpeas (from the freezer) with a chopped onion (starting to sprout) and a tin of chopped tomatoes. I'll be having the rest of that tomorrow with the leftover couscous from tonight.
